New ground up Chick-Fil-A in Hillsboro, Oregon. The project consist of excavation for 2500 square foot building with extensive footing excavation and special geotextile fabric for soil liquification. Installation of all new water lines and fire lines for the fire suppression system. Duke installed a storm chamber system to control the on-site storm water before it enters the public storm system and also installed new sanitary lines with grease interceptor. The project also entailed all the fine grading for new parking, sidewalks and patio seating area.
