Leatherman | 2022
Leatherman project consist of a 66,000 SF Concrete tilt up building with loading docks and new parking lot. This was a difficult job due to the high water table and installing a 10’ deep storm chamber system. We came up with a plan to use a long reach excavator so we did not have to have machine in the excavation or in the water. Duke Construction and Excavation also installed all the new sanitary lines, domestic water lines and fire suppression lines for the new building. Other key aspects of the job was building a load and lock retaining wall then performing all the fine grading for new parking lot and concrete sidewalks around the building.
