Platt Water Quality Facility project was a job for the City of Portland Bureau of Environmental Services Department that entailed upgrading an existing storm water facility that is surrounded by a neighborhood in SE Portland. Duke Construction and Excavation demo all the existing vegetation, trees, and brush that was in the existing storm water pond/facility. Duke re-graded and reshaped the storm water facility to the new grades/elevations. Installed new storm lines, ditch inlets and flow diversion structures. We also installed a Contech Armorflex concrete mattress that helps catch the sediment in the storm water before it enters into the City of Portland Public Storm system.
